SKB and I have been asked to perform at Sydney’s TEDx which is to be run in conjunction with international children’s day. It is like TED that you see on http://www.ted.com/, but aimed more for the youth of Western Sydney. This is perfect because we all youths from Mt. Druitt! so we have a good platform and connection to start with.
I am so excited about this because I’m a huge fan of TED’s mission. To spread/share ideas,experiences and wisdom. When I used to work my office Job (which I quit to live the dream) back in May 2010. I used to watch TED talks all day.
We we’re also asked to be a guest speakers at the event! Being a guest speaker! Being a “TED TALK” has been one of my goals ever since I discovered it. I said to myself one day I’ll be there on stage sharing my experiences and inspiring the future of the world. Well BAM! It’s all happening!!!
